Experts with specific knowledge of your deployment and technology are always standing by to quickly resolve your issues to your satisfaction and allow you to receive the most from your investment.  Core to our high-touch support philosophy is to keep a case open until you tell us it's closed, not the other way around.  Included in your base support plan, is unlimited phone, e-mail and web access to senior level technical support as well as free product training sessions on how to use our products.

Technical Account Management

As a ConnectSolutions customer you also receive a dedicated technical account manager who provides you with a named single point of contact.  Your account manager provides access to instant domain-expertise around your use of ConnectSolutions products in your organization. Based on your business requirements, user require­ments, and rollout schedule, a ConnectSolutions account manager assists you in planning out the successful deployment of our products and solutions within your organization. And once the software is deployed our account managers stay involved by driving user adoption programs, monthly usage reports, and other value added services that come with choosing ConnectSolutions.
